Perfectionism is the continual pursuit of a specific standard. But whose measuring stick are you using?
What is perfect for you, may not be perfect for me.
While it is noble to want to get things “just right”, understand that “perfect” is an idealistic construct that is defined by the eye of the beholder.
Rather than spending copious amounts of time making sure every “t” is crossed exactly perpendicularly, perhaps it is time to look around and see if there are other areas where you could invest your valuable efforts. Spread the wealth.
